will a mini-z handle this?

will the stock mini-z handle the Tamiya JR Atomic-Tuned Motor? It has 15,700 rpm @ 2.4v. What do y\'all think?

using non-kysoho motor on stock esc is not recommanded

It is safe to use Torque-tuned on normal ESC.
