Hey all, I happened to be in Vegas last weekend (10/09/04) while a Hobby Expo was going on at the Sands Convention Center.

I checked it out and it was just OK overall, but they did have a large booth with a couple race tracks setup where you could pop in and race Mini-Z F1's, MR-02's, MR-01's and Overlands. There were two total tracks, one for street racing and the other was for the Overlands, it was rocky and bumpy with hills and dips and even a bridge to cross over. The booth was run by a Race Track seller and sponsored by Kyosho.

Nothing Mini-Z was for sale at the show but the President of Kyosho and his wife were at this particular booth and I got a chance to speak to them a little bit about my admiration of Kyosho Mini-Z. They were real nice and even asked if I wanted a pic with them as they saw me carrying a camera.

I've got some pics of the show and will post them as soon as I get them uploaded to my server.

Perhaps, I should have visited here some time back. Did I meet you? I wonder since I was demo'ing at the RCP Tracks/Kyosho booth. And all those tracks you were driving on--they are at my place. In case you are wondering, the MMT-2 with the dozen lights also belong to me. :)
