When I switch my truck off the motor comes on at full speed and when I switch on the motor it will not work but the steering servo works...
I have upgraded to the X speed motor w 12t cog and it run real fast, too fast.
A friend said it could be the FET's burnt out.
No pushing just a lot of flat out running.
any ideas? b4 i send it back to kyosho

Your fets are burnt, I had the exact same happen when I burnt mine. Go over to www.miniztuner.com and have them do a fet upgrade, i got a 4x2 stack of the IRF7389 for like 40 bucks and the difference was increadible.
