I just made a order with HobbyOnSale and What i received was not satisfactory. heres what i posted on the hobby on sale forum...I also emailed and ICQd him

I got my Mini-Z today from HobbyOnSale and It was missing alot of stuff.
1. The cars Antenna
2. Screws and washers to hold in the cars Antenna
3. The Battery Holders on the car to hold the batterys in
The ReadySet also had mismatched parts.
The Crystals did not match in the car and the remote included. the one in the Remote is labled 2 (like the box witch is labled Ford Focus WRC 2002..even tho the car i ordered was a SUBARU WRX) I can understand that mistake in not transfering the crystals but that ontop of the missing parts makes my 90$ RC car useless.

As you can see im not pleased but perhaps its a honest mistake...ill keep you all informed as to the outcome. This might help people out there decide or decline on ordering from Angolz or Hobbyonsale. Keep an eye out here for the outcome ill post it as soon as i hear from the admin.
The Crystals are fine and matching...I just have a realy short range...so it does work but i dont wanna put tape on the batterys to hold them in so its still a shelf baby unless i get the missing parts shipped. Ill keep yall updated as things progress.
Update ..Ive talked to the guy at HobbyonSale Via ICQ and hes going to ship the missing parts bag to me...I keep everyone updated if it arrives (im still glad i bought the PayPal Insurance.)
Well i got the parts that where missing so everything is as ordered. I was also given a couple TopCad Disc Brake thingies to make up for the delay...Sadly i left the envelope in my brothers truck lol so it will be a few days tell i see them on the car.
What Ive learned so far....
Hong Kong is a Great Place to get Import things at a discount.... But(a very BIG but) You gotta be willing to pay for the savings with extra time and money spent on waiting and shipping...luckly the shipping and the over all price saving comes out in the buyers favor if they are willing to wait on there order...HobbyOnSale and Angolz seems like a good place.. I would recomend them if you want to save some cash on a readyset and are willing to wait the 2+ weeks for your car....If i had to do it over again would i order from them? Perhaps...depends on my cash situation...if i have the extra 30$ i could just go to the local hobby shop and spend the 150$ for there sets....i wouldnt get the selection but i would have a place i could bring the stuff back to if it has missing/broken parts.
So in conculsion, I would order from them if i just wanted a specific readyset not offered in my local hobby shop, and i wasnt in a hurry to get it or wasnt wanting a unopened package for collecting. Saving money costs in otherways..Time, Warrenty, and Conveniance.
If your feeling lucky and in no big hurry...Angolz.com is a good place ot pick up a Mini-z.
