I got it at the home depot, it\'s the stuff they put on your roof before shingles. it was $14 or so for about 60 feet of it. it come in roles 36\'\' wide.

i have a tar paper track. the blue foam wheels are best so far!

What does tar-paper look like, never seen it! Sound interesting though.
Sponge tire should be good tar paper racing.
