I got it at the home depot, it\'s the stuff they put on your roof before shingles. it was $14 or so for about 60 feet of it. it come in roles 36\'\' wide.
Blue foam tires will make your car look like a clown car ( See Pic ) I use The Kyosho ( HI GRIP TIRE 30 F1 ) tires. Catalog No. KYOC6499, Stock No. MFT001-30. And yes you will need F1 Rims.

BUT there are is alot of sanding to do on the wheel wells.

Sponge tire should be good tar paper racing.
What does tar-paper look like, never seen it! Sound interesting though.
