lowest turn motor on stoch FET's.

Hello ya'll.
I had a quick question about the mini-z monster. What is the lowest turn motor wich can be run on the mini-z monster without a FET upgrade? I have a few motors one is a 45t in a bb can with neo's. Also I have a xmod s2, wich I pulled from the stock bushing can, and put in a bb can with neo's. Will one or the other of thoese two motors work okay with the monster?
