Motor mount needs a certain motor type....

I have a motor mount that i NEED in order to use the shock set i have. There are two little holes on the side of the motor mount used to screw the motor on to keep it in place. I have an X-Speed motor, but there's no wholes for the screws to go in. The mount came with a clip, but it just slides on, and falls off from bumbs and stuff when racing. So right now, im just using a wire tie, and a dime as a spacer for the motor. Pretty ghetto eh? Well im woundering if there are ne x-speed type motors available that dont need a turbo that have the screw wholes. I have a megatech motor, and a GPM twin turbo, but on of the wires fell off the turbo, and the car looks cluttered with the turbo on ne ways.

yes... actually, you can still use the xspeed armature and mags but you need to get a pro mount ball bearing can. dunno if they have them here, but just look around ie: www.rcmart.com probably has them...

haha, no this isnt dead, just slow, and the people who know a lot about mini z's are too few and far between now...

what part do you have problems on so i dont have to right a whole manual about it.. =P

no, this site isnt dead, just slow... as for the motor mount and pinion, gpm is smart and makes you buy their products, because only their products are combatible w/ themselves, GPM is good btw, but somewhat spendy.
