No the less solder the better if you have ever built battery packs then you know less solder means less ohms of resistence witch means better flow it sounds wierd but it is true i have tested this theory and the less solder u use the lower the ohms of res. will be witch will result in a better circuit

Ummm....noooooo. The more solder on these things, the LESS resistance bcuz of more electricity conductivity. If there's less, then there's less material for the power to flow through, meaning more resistance.

thnx for the correction... n00bish mistake there..

You don't have to solder ALL the legs seperately, the legs facing the motor terminals can be soldered together, since they all go to one wire anyway.

this is rather easy to describe so ill give it a whirl.... if you open up your miniz youll see the esc board. flip it over and by the 2 holes where u connect the wire terminals from the motor are 2 identical chips, they should have the number 3004 on them. there are also a pair up in front that have small wires connected to them which come from the servo motor. to stack you solder them parallel (all facing the same direction use the #'s on them as a reference). solder each leg individually. usually u can five 2x5 (2 stacks of 5) FETS.... IMO: dont stack stock fets, the 3004's.. try to get a hold of the IRF7389 or the Si####'s.... there should be a thread on this in the electronics sector about these fets... these tend to be the more efficient for the racers....
