how do u make your mini-z to stay on the ground ?

hi,
i\'m new here..
ive got a Clk with those kyosho optionals parts..:
x speed / Ball Diff / Bearings set / rear oil shock / front shocks / carbon H plate / soft rear tires X2 on each side (cause there\'s large wheels on the clk and i put 2 soft tires on the same wheels wich make a fat rear)
but i\'d like to make my car less hard to keep on the road on a sliding floor like plastic floor...on a carpet no problemz)

i need all advice to make my car more controlable..what do u thinks i must do to improove the handling
