which is better

i want know which is better and what it does the rear shock set or the rear oil shock set

the roll shocks reduce the cassis roll and the rear oil spring just acts as a damper as far as I know.
From what I've heard the roll shocks greatly improve your stabillity while cornering and the oil shock reduces the bouncing of the car.
