When I charge my mini-z batteries with my charger it takes an hour. TOO LONG! So, sure you could buy a fster charger for 20.00 or!!!!! you can spen half of that and go to radio shack and buy a battery holder, and a set of standard connectors or aligator clips and connect it. then just charge it on your "big carger", hopefully a peak charger (If you have one of course) and it will be done in NO TIME!!!
