Just some questions before buy...

Hi, i am gonna buy a Mini-Z Races Ford Mustang GT :D
And i have some question for batteries.

Is there any way to use Ack (wich i can load in around:10min)
isteed of 8AA batteries (wich take 2 hours to load)?
And can I buy a new controller like Agressor 3FM CRX or SRX?
