onto a MR-01 chassis? Its a bit of a longshot and just wondered whether anyone tried? :?
The van itself is 1:25 scale whereas the mini-z is 1:24 - I heard that the distance between the wheels can be adjusted - but will it be enough?

Yes can be done , lot of work and mini z are really 1/28 scale not 1/24

I wanted to do the same thing exactly, and I bought the amt A team Van. when I opened the box I realized that the scale was too big. There is a lot of work to be done. The van is about 2 inches wider than a mini z, so you should need an enormous offset for the wheels. Its lenght is too long as well, you should need a 3-4 inches H...
I bought it a few months ago, and it is still in the box.... :(
